We all feel anxious from time to time.  However, those who suffer from anxiety disorders may perceive situations differently than those without these conditions.  In the Huff Post, Lindsay Holmes discusses recent research that suggests people with anxiety disorders are less able to differentiate threatening situations from neutral ones.
