The Simple Therapy Techniques May Help Reduce Suicide Risk

Suicide is among the three leading causes of death worldwide.  Many people who feel suicidal do not reach out for help or support.  In the Huffington Post, Lindsay Holmes discusses a small study that suggests personal attention from loved ones or professionals can have positive impact on those struggling with depression and/or suicidal thoughts or intent. While there are inherent issues with this particular study, it certainly provides ideas that warrant further exploration.
